Dr. Kara Doms - Associate Veterinarian


Dr. Kara Doms grew up in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology Pre-Vet from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

After receiving her doctorate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, she moved to Tampa, Florida, to start her veterinary career. Dr. Doms loves preventative care medicine, and her favorite part about being a vet is being able to see the difference her care makes in the lives of her patients and their owners.

She and her boyfriend are happy owners of 6 mischievous, spoiled, and lovable cats; Remi, Cow, Simba, Nala, Mr. Fitz, and Finley. In her free time, Dr. Doms enjoys reading, fishing, camping, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and online shopping.
