Dr. Patricia Rigg grew up in Riverview, Florida.

She received her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida and her doctorate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She currently has four children, three dogs, two cats, 15 chickens, and a 75-gallon saltwater tank for her fishy friends. She loves surgery, wound repair, being creative, hiking, open-water swimming, and anything spooky.
